Our Story
With thoughts of serving the best homemade breakfast with the friendliest service, Eggington’s opened its doors in 2003 in one of the most historical buildings in downtown Casper, Wyoming. Built in 1918, Mountain States Telephone occupied the building until 1951. It was then vacant until 1954 when Pure oil made it their home for 3 years. Going vacant again in 1957 the building then was vacant for nearly 15 years until JC Penney warehouse took it over in 1973. It was connected to the JC Penney retail store through underground tunnels that still exist today. After a nine year stint, JC Penney moved out of the building and it sat vacant for almost 20 more years. Ladds Clothing bought the building in 1993 and, after extensive remodeling, opened Ladds Men’s Fashions in 2000, which lasted only a year and a half. That opened the door to Eggington’s that has called it home since. The result was an instant local favorite that blended the comfort of a country kitchen with the warmth of genuine hospitality.
In 2010, Pete and Amber Fazio took the then small breakfast café, and turned it into a WY institution. For the past 20+ years, Eggington’s has been serving Wyoming’s favorite breakfast to all that visit.

By holding true to these core values – warm hospitality and high-quality, from-scratch cooking – Eggington’s has built an identity as a place where you’re always welcomed with a hot cup of coffee and a smile.

What began as a small breakfast café has blossomed into a legendary Brunchery, thanks to loyal patrons and word of mouth. The restaurant has garnered numerous accolades along the way, repeatedly recognized as one of Casper’s best spots for breakfast and lunch. From “Best Breakfast” honors in local media to top rankings on travel sites, the awards piled up – a testament to the consistent quality and care put into every plate. Through it all, Eggington’s has stayed true to its roots, maintaining the same charm and personal touch that we strived for from the very beginning. Regulars return year after year to share in traditions like the popular english muffins and seasonal omelettes, all served with the restaurant’s signature friendliness and attention to detail.
